7 Ask For Help & Difference Between Therapist / Life Coach / Consultant

This episode is for you if you are feeling like you need some sort of help but are not sure where to start.

Asking for help is very courageous, it takes a lot of strength. Don’t ever think asking for help is a weakness, you are beyond brave for stepping up and showing up for yourself. At some point in life we all need help, even the best of the best. Top entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, or stay home moms. Knowing when to ask for help and understanding why you need it is so so important.

Whether it’s as small as asking someone else to share in the household chores, or something as big as stepping back on a big project for work, remember if you feel your to do list items or emotions are just over flooded, there is always another way by asking for help.

Change your mindset. Stop thinking you have to be the one that does it all and know it all, you are not the only person. Once you get it in your head that you are worthy of the luxury of having help from others, your world will change.

If you are working long hours and is accessible all the time handling everything without delegating, and feel like you might crash soon, ask for help. 

If you feel stressed out and can’t make those stressful feelings and negative self talks go away, ask for help. 

If you want a different life but can’t break your current routine, ask for help. I don’t care who your help is, I’d be honored to support you if I’m a good fit, but whoever it is, you deserve the help you need. 

So in case you’ve made up your mind to seek help but can’t decide who to go to, I’ll explain the difference between therapist/life coach/consultant so that you can make a more informed decision to best help you make forward progress.

5 Design Your Dream Life With Manifestation

Designing your dream life is hard if you think it’s hard, but if you think it’s easy, then it can be fairly easy. I mean not easy, it will require work, but it is very simple. Designing your dream life all boils down to just three simple steps, manifest, believe, and action. 

So it all starts with manifesting your vision. You need to know exactly where you wish to go and there is no way around this first step. It works the same with anything in your life, what ever you want to manifest. Once you have a clear direction of where you are going, your mind will align your actions to move forward. 

Set your intentions for this manifestation and you should feel a strong desire for this vision. Even though you know where you’re going you need something that energizes this vision. Have a vision that each time you think about it, you would smile and feel joyful. Or know your why? Why do you want this? Who is this for? These are the emotions that will help you get to where you want to go. 

When talking about your manifestation it should be in the present tense. If you say I will xyz, your mind will subconsciously postpone your actions for you and go into procrastination. So instead say it directly in the present tense: I xyz and focus on the feeling. I feel absolute abundance and therefore more abundance will come into your life. 

Ok, so you may have tried manifesting in the past and if you haven’t manifested what you desired it is probably because deep down you don’t believe that it could be yours. Don’t worry, congratulations you are human and this is absolutely common. But, if you lack the belief that it can be yours then it CANNOT manifest. When you have doubts or have even the tiniest hint of disbelief you block the manifestation. I would say start with manifestations that are at least 50% believable, so you don’t give up or you can feel like you actually believe it. I mean ideally you really need to develop that sense of unshakable belief that your dream life can be yours because you are the designer. 

Now, it’s time for action, every single action you take should be aligned with your manifestation and goals. Prepare yourself to receive what you have asked for. What course do you need to take? Who do you need to connect with? Once you believe you’re  going there, already walk towards it. Step up and show up. How have you showed up for your dreams today? Your dreams are waiting for you to show up. 

And the most important part of manifestation is to be detached. Remember don’t be too attached to what you want and be obsessed about what you want. Just believe it firmly that it is already yours like going to dealership buying your car. And take aligned actions towards your goals.
